Welcome to RCC Juniors

RCC Juniors has grown from a small club to one that boasts the biggest and most professional junior club in the Central Gauteng Lions club leagues.

Our philosophy of ‘Every Child a Better Cricketer’ is reaping rewards as our cricketers excell both on and off the field.  We have anywhere between 40 – 60 Area and Regional Cricketers.

Our team selection operates in accordance with a transparent process that is encapsulated in our Fair Play Guide that is available on our website. Similarly, our coaching and team management functions are guided by documented process that ensures consistency throughout the club.

We are the only club as far as we know with a Fair Play, Coaching and Manager Guides that document our club operations.

You are encouraged to browse through the pages on the website as they contain all the information you need to know about how things work at the best Junior Club in Gauteng.
